The TeraBox 1400B in a custom chassis by BittWare gives the highest density of compute and network acceleration in a 1U rack mount form factor.

This server provides up to 1.6 Terabits/second of I/O and the power of 4 of our largest Xilinx UltraScale+ or Intel Stratix 10 FPGAs. The CPU host also provides premium performance with two Intel Xeon processors.

This 1U rackmount server is the most economical of the BittWare TeraBox series, accomodating a single FPGA board.  All BittWare PCIe cards are compatible: Xilinx UltraScale+, Intel Arria 10, and Intel Stratix 10.

The TeraBox 1400B supports up to four dual-slot BittWare PCIe FPGA boards.

BittWare UltraScale+ PCIe boards support up to 512 Gbytes of DDR4 each, thus the 1400B in this configuration supports up to 2 Terabytes of DDR4 16 banks across four boards.

With four Stratix 10 boards, each TeraBox 1400B supports 10 million logic elements.

Development Support

BittWare’s FPGA boards are equipped with a Board Management Controller (BMC), which accepts IPMI 2.0 commands. BittWare’s BittWorks II Toolkit is used to program the FPGA over USB, monitor board power and temperature, and reprogram the onboard clocks. You can also to set points to shut down the board if it overheats, to access JTAG, and for remote access of the software tools.
