Kaya "Iron" Series Industrial Cameras: Low Cost, Low SWaP, Ruggedized
Small form factor, low weight, low power, low light, low cost in magnificent video quality CMOS Sony Pregius IMX, GPixel GMAX, Gsprint, and GSENSE sensors industrial cameras
Camera interfaces CoaXPress 12G, CoaXPress Over Fiber, and SDI 12G
The Kaya Instruments “Iron” Series cameras are low size, weight, and power (low SWaP), compact, ruggedized, low cost cameras supporting CXP, SDI, and CXP over Fiber interfaces.
The Kaya Iron series of cameras can be hardened to a ruggedized, industrial grade, also intended for military and harsh environments, designed to work in the most challenging and severe conditions including low light, in a small form factor and low weight, and drawing very low power, all at a very competitive price.
The Kaya Iron cameras use either Sony Pregius™ global shutter CMOS or Gpixel global or rollung shutter sensors.
At all resolutions, a uniform focus is achieved by calibration of the sensor's effective image area by pan and tilt relative to the optical axis of the lens.
The Kaya Iron captures high quality video and transfers data using the CoaXPress standard at 12 Gbps and the corresponding SDI-12, or CoaXPress Over Fiber.
Built-in image enhancement algorithms ensure high image fidelity without compromising maximum resolution or the high frame rate.
These high performance, lightweight, hardened, and low cost cameras are used in applications such as 3D and virtual reality, low light surveillance, perimeter vision, special effects, and military and defense systems.
